Me and Lucy (the lazy sandcastle) - KD

My name is Jamie and I am a professional dog trainer, aspiring to transition to Marine Mammals.

I love all animals, have worked for the Jacksonville Zoo and Marineland's Dolphin Conservation Center ... would much rather deal with animals than humans, as they have less of an attitude and are always happy to see you!

I have three gorgeous dogs at home who are my inspiration for everything: Lucy is a 4-year old Beagle, Desi a 4-year old German Shepherd/Lab mix -- and Keller is a 2-year old deaf Catahoula. They keep me sharp and on my toes, constantly.

I love to read and to write (obviously) ... it has always been a dream of mine to write a book and I am in the midst of one right now that is based on the misadventures of Keller and what it is like to own and train a deaf dog.

I love the beach, to surf and swim -- anything that has to do with the outdoors! I hope to be famous one day ... for something?
